I believe it would be the kana for sa yo n; or sa i yo n. If you search for katakana or hiragani you'll find charts to look up the characters.

I posted something similar earlier last month:

You'll need a Japanese character set to see what I came up with for "Scion".

Good luck!

There is a way to get your radio to read scion in japanese as your welcome note, found it in a scion mag that I got from the dealership. Something like, with a CD in the deck, turn key to acc, track 2 on CD, push and hold A button, I think, will look it up when I get home and post directions if you want them.

The was the closest I would come up with. I'd confirm the offical katakana spelling before you go plastering it on your own car (at that I forgo all responsibility of error).

OK, you only have 15 secs. to do this, start by having a CD in the deck and set to track 2 before you start out, its easier, OK, press and hold the A button and turn ignition to ACC press and hold FOLDER DOWN and TEXT simutaneously and turn the key so ACC is off, that will give you the correct symbols for scion in japanese.
