Is that what the delivered product will look like? It looks clean but I noticed that it's bumpy here and there from flange to flange.

V2 ZPIracing S-pipes will start shipping by next Wednesday also; all pending orders will be filled first at the old price. All new orders will then be filled at the new S-pipe price of $215.00. The V2 S-pipe is unmatched in quality and performance Mandrel Bent t-304 stainless construction, tig welded laser cut flanges ensure a factory fit. The S-pipes reuses the factory hardware for and easy installation.
and it's 2.5" Piping.

What does this piece actually help improve and why?

I'm still throwing the idea of getting their header...but what with this additional piece? Any added gains?

What's the price? It looks nice but this is not a very large pipe, it should be between $150-175.

I also want to know what this piece actually improves. Also, Could somebody point out where the S-pipe is on the car? Maybe a picture from under the car (on a lift) with some arrows or circles? Thanks.

The ZPI S-Pipe is going for $175 at scionstore.com, so I would imagine this one would be similarly priced.
