If u got it lowered w/ some coilovers for like a 2.5-3 inch drop, that would be one of the nicest xBs ive seen!

Very nice Duy.

Who's cf hood did you buy? That is the best fit I've seen. Usually there is an increasing gap by the front fender at the front. But yours is even.

Dems some big azz wheels. Looks great.
I agree a drop would be even better, and maybe some black projectors...

Looking again at your headlights... are those painted inside? They look cool except for the amber bulbs in there..

i got a double sided cf hood from abs dynamics. i was surprized it fit so well. the edges were rolled very nicely too. the only thing is that on the left side, near the windsheld, it pops up a little, so the line is not perfect, but i could let something like that go.

i did do the headlights myself. TOOK FOREVER! i had to repaint over and over to get it even, but im happy with the results. the only reason i kept the amber is because the turn signals in the mirrors is also amber. i guess the amber looks nice, but i wish they were yellow.

thanks again for all the nice comments! the scion community is so much nicer, not like those honda jerks

i think it looks bad ___. mine has 18" on it and I was thinking of dropping it. although, its a company vehicle and a family vehicle as well, so ride quality is of utmost importance as of now.

maybe down the road if i can find a good quality spring that rides just like the factory.

I was skeptical if should go with a CF hood or not but after seeing yours, I'M SOLD!!

How much did the hood run ya all together including shipping? On reason i'm second thinking the hood is because of the cost of custom frieghting it! Shipping blows

my hood was about $325 after tax. i picked it up the retailer, so no shipping! mine is double sided. the single sided one is $235 before tax, but i dont know if it is as nice

Prototype_xB, what kind of springs did you get? how big are your rims?

/\/\ I'm dropped with Tanabe DF210's (2.2"F, 2.0"R) on 18x7.5 rims wrapped with 215/35-18's.

The DF210's would drop you right where you're at with the photochop rendering you posted! These would set it off very nicely w/o pricy coil-overs and the ride is perfect, not harsh!

There is a company that makes cf hoods with orange, yellow or silver woven in with the black carbon. One of the members of SoCal Scions has an RS 1 with the orange cf hood. It is nice! I hope to get the yellow for my RS 2.

i saw the silver one, but never an orange or yellow. i would've gotten the yellow in a sec. that would have really been cool.

Looks awesome. I say go for the 2" Gold-Line drop, that would look sweet. Here's a pic of mine dropped on Gold-Lines. BTW, love the CF hood, thats a must do for mine some time down the road. I recently cleared my front corner markers and I love the look. I don't have a pic of it yet, but you can check out PrototypesxB for a pic, it looks good with the RS2. Keep up the good work, I like the look you're going with.

hmmm, now that i think of it, you may have some rub, but then again, you might not. The S techs are great springs too! I had a set of them on my 02 civic. The drop was decent and fair, but the ride was far superior to stock.

that drop is with the goldlines??? that looks sweet! how big are the rims? 18's? how do the goldlines ride, compared to stock? better than tein s techs?

btw, the cf pillar looks good! it's the first time ive seen it on the car itself. i think i'm gonna have to get me some
