I spent two hours messing around with the rear sway bar on my car trying to figure out how I can fix the holes on the rear brackets they supplied me with. I tried everything I could think of. I am having trouble installing my Hotchkis Rear Sway Bar...the rear brackets that they supplied me, the holes on it does not fit right and I cannot bolt the rear sway bar to where it needs to go. Anyone have any suggestions or tips I could use?

I've heard of alot of people havin problems with the hotchkis RS. I personally dont know anything about it, but this guy said something about havin to switch the brackets

The Rear Polyurethane bushings have 5341G on them.

The Front Polyurethane bushings have 5339G on them.

The front is smaller than the rear. Therefore if you have the Rear Polyurethane bushings on the front, the diameter will be larger than the bar and not hold it firmly.
If you are trying to place the Front (5339G) on the rear, they are smaller and are much harder to use the clamp (rear = slotted holes not single holes) to hold the bar. I am guessing this is what is causing your problem, because I did the same thing. The rear should be fairly easy if you have the correct brackets and bushings.

Hotchkis recommends using a lot of grease. If you need more, to use the Marine based grease...

I called Hotchkis and I had a guy help me out and he told me to use the slotted brackets for the rear. and the single holes go to the front.

Does anyone know of any way that I can lube up my sway bars without having to un-install them?

I am having noises coming from my car. I am assuming that it is because I did not lube the bars up well enough while I was installing them.

What options do I have to lube up these bars?

You just add grease as needed. The sound is like a high pitched squeek

only one set has nipples... the front... if I remember right.
