Default my tC has now been in the shop for one month.

I don't know who's to blame, and at this point I really don't even care. What's worse is that I dread getting the car back because I've been told twice that they haven't had to do such extensive work on a tC yet (read: my car is a guinea pig), so who knows what I'll get back. I'm expecting that all the glass will not have been removed from the internal structures of the car, so I should have rattles galore. We'll see.

bummer. Hope things turn out ok. All i know is that my car was in the shop and there were delays from having to get parts (headlight bracket). But even then it was only a week, but my headlight isn't shining in the right direction. Seems to be off by a few degrees. Oh well, maybe yours will come out better.

Look at the bright side. You have put a month of miles on a RENTAL (hopefully you got a rental) and NOT on your tC.

Good luck on getting it back on the road.

yeah unfortunately it's taken so long that my 30 days of rental reimbursement has lapsed and apparently nobody wants to take up for it and give me a rental. I'm driving my wife's tacoma until it's done now. LOL
