Pssst, have you guys bothered to look in the FAQ section?

It's so simple it's stupid!

And ease, not to sound like a dick, but if you have trouble
figuring out how to pull the head unit, you shouldn't be doing
the Sirius Radio install. To do it properly, per Toyota instructions,
you have to take a good portion of the interior apart and run
the antenna out the rear hatch and mount on the roof.

Are you really ready for that?

Look in the FAQ section for more guidance, and if you get
stuck, I'll check this thread later and drop some links on you.

I'd worry more abt the amp install, but, the Sirius radio will be a pain too.. I haven't been in an xB, but i did XM in my tC and we were able to mount the antenna on the dash (because i'm special)

One thing that's nice, is Toyota really did design these cars to be easy to work on.

I was shocked how easy it is to strip the interior to run wires. I've done my own
installs, and for two other local club members and the hardest part was making all
the wires and hardware pretty! LOL

Good luck with your installs guys.

I'm thinking about going Sirius myself soon.
