Anyone replaced their front / bumper stock grille(s)?
Has anyone purchased any of the Grille Inserts replacements for the upper and lower bumper grilles? I am most interested in:

Sorry for the dirty pic-- what looks like chips in the paint is actually an array of dead bugs.
I cut out the OEM grille, cut the billet grille to fit into the stock opening, then painted everything black. I really like the blacked out look. Oh, and before anyone asks to see the bottom grille-- that's still in progress. Getting the top grille out is far easier than getting the bottom one out.

I agree with the rhythmnsmoke and Dr. Isotope, I like the black much better than the chrome.
I don't know if your grille is plastic or metal, but I had my 'sports mesh grille' powder coated flat black. Gives the xB a much cleaner, more consistent look.
Only cost me $45 and will last longer than just painting flat black.
I know they can't powder coat plastic though, and the bottom two grills on the xB are plastic. Thankfully, they are already black!!
