Default Anyone replaced their front / bumper stock grille(s)?

Has anyone purchased any of the Grille Inserts replacements for the upper and lower bumper grilles? I am most interested in:

http://mrgrille.com/MrGrille-Scion-TC-Page.html

but I am not sure which one may look better with my flint mica tC.. Please help.. personally I like the Laser Cut Inserts more but not sure how the aluminum will look on my FM scion... any suggestions / pictures would be greatly appreciated.

thanks!!!

i don't like either, but that's my preference. go with what u like the most. when it comes down to it, that's what matters most since it's your car.

For $128 dollars! Dude, I could buy some springs with that. IMO, both of them look like crap. But to EHO.

Sorry for the dirty pic-- what looks like chips in the paint is actually an array of dead bugs.

I cut out the OEM grille, cut the billet grille to fit into the stock opening, then painted everything black. I really like the blacked out look. Oh, and before anyone asks to see the bottom grille-- that's still in progress. Getting the top grille out is far easier than getting the bottom one out.

I agree with the rhythmnsmoke and Dr. Isotope, I like the black much better than the chrome.

I don't know if your grille is plastic or metal, but I had my 'sports mesh grille' powder coated flat black. Gives the xB a much cleaner, more consistent look.

Only cost me $45 and will last longer than just painting flat black.

I know they can't powder coat plastic though, and the bottom two grills on the xB are plastic. Thankfully, they are already black!!

That laser-cut grille looks nice, but then again, I'm one of those freaks that isn't trying anything to hide/remove the Scion badge...
