Default cd player broke, my car is new, how about you? help!

i tried doing a search but couldnt find anything. i turned on my car tonight and i had had the radio on before i parked. anyway i turned on my car and i hear my radio click, then it blacks out. i try the power button but nothing works. the display is blank and theres no sound at all.

has anyone had similar problems? is this covered by toyota or pioneer? this sucks, im going up north next week for the solid state tour and wont have tunes.

not even its just a few panles and screws and a harness, I could see if he had to install a new wiring harness but I have installed a aftermarket radio with soldering the wires to the harness in 30 minutes.

ye, check the fuse first...if its not the fuse, take it to ur dealer....wut they will do is of course look at it, may take a couple hours to get it checked in and all....wut they will do is they have to send it back to toyota, and they will replace it...hopefully they have the same cd player in stock, if not it will have to be ordered....but if u had ne cd's in the broken radio, it will take a LONG time to get back from toyota....but ur radio should be replaced.....
