I was wondering if anybody has installed these in their ride. I was told that they cause a "blacklight" effect on white clothing. I was also wondering what color (if any) they emit all by themselves. Any info would be helpful. Thanks.

 

The color is ultra violet, wavelength about 420nm

They certainly create a blacklight effect on clothing! It is cool. They are not bright, but they give a nice subtle effect.
