Hey I should be picking up my '06 BSP manual tC monday afternoon, gettin the stuff that's cheaper to get online than from dealer. However read up on here and there's new version of the tC floormats with rubber on drivers side carpet to prevent a hole from where you rest your foot. Cheapest place i can find floormats online are off ebay but neither ebay nor mcgeorge's or the other places say online if they have new version mats or not. Was wondering if anyone had ordered em online recently and if they got the new version and where from.

I ordered a decent amount of things from Sparks Toyota not long ago. Its a lot cheaper than getting them with the car. Here is a link to the floormats and they are the new ones.

They have them at www.mcgeorgeparts.com too. That's where I got them. Don't recall price offhand, but it's usually comparable to Sparks. They're both good places to deal with.

Well maybe they are delivering the new mats, but if you look at the picture after the link above, those are the 05 mats - there is no rubber part for your heel on the driver's side. I would assume they'll just stop making the old mats eventually, but if you order them online, unless it specifies that it's the new design or says 06 on it or something, I'd make them verify in email first. Is the part number different for the updated mats? Anyone?

 

Are these the mats that have the removable carpet with the rubber underneath?

 

i'll call the dealerships tomorrow and verify that they are now sellin the new ones with the rubber heel pad and post back, i'll probly get em from online dealer site cus itll be easier to combine shipping cus im gonna get a few more things

If you click on the 2006 tC on the http://www.mcgeorgeparts.com/ site it states that they are the new version of the mats. I did not check shipping costs but I believe both the sites mention in the above posts sell the mats for $78.50

 

The mats from trdtoyota are indeed the new version with the removeable carpet with rubber pad. I ordered mine from there about a month ago and got the newest mats.

 

make sure u get the one with the reinforced heel carpet for the driver side! don't get ripped off with the old 04 tC design seen it at ebay for same price as the new style

 

bought mats from mcgeorge last week and they are the '06 thankfully ordered around 2pm thurs, got them friday afternoon =)
