Although i'm alread dropped.....it would be nice to go lower. Make the 18s more dramatic........but it would also be nice to have the flashy pop up dvd player........

Go with the dvd player, you already look good on the rims the coilovers would just be a finishing touch

 

use the money for a bunch of smaller mods

 

get the headunit

Spend the money on leather or a regular headunit like an alpine 9855. The DVD playing ones are too expensive for what you get.

 

do you plan on watching videos in your car or are you just getting it for the bling-ness of it all? i say go with the coilovers, i t hink you'll make better use of them than you would a dvd touch screen.

or you could save your money.. yeah, save money and get something doubley crazy! like a supercharger ;)

 

leather would sound nice, but i'd like to keep the original RS2 cloth just for authantisty (sp?)

EEk13, if i got the dvd player yes, i'd just be using it for the bling factor. Would be cool to have "The Matrix" or something to the effect playing when my car's on display at a local show or something. Plus i like the touch screen feature to interface with all the audio features. I've had a Pioneer head before. A DEH-9300 with the organic EL display and that thing had MAD features. The stock head is decent, but i'm tired of the mushy base from the inline convertor and the boring look of it.

 

I'd love to get coil overs to completely slam the box.....but there isn't any camber kits for us and i'd really hate driving around like this---> /--\

 

um with these cars you do not get negative camber from lowereing even extreme lowering and there ARE camber kits if you wanted the negative camber

i say you should get the coilovers and SLAM IT

 

yeah there's cusco front plates which can give you like 4 or 5 degrees neg or positive and even with a 3 inch drop my camber is near perfect still. most it changes is like 1 or 2 degrees nothing a cam bolt couldnt fix.
