Damn things! Couldn't keep the moisture out of 'em.
Swithed them for some Luminics hyper white and titanium bulbs.
I love it and now I can see better at night.

Go buy some caulking and re-seal all the edges, its helped many users including me. Just be sure its the clear kind vs. white. I'm not sure if you have already tried, but if you haven't..there you go!

I bought mine from scionsport as well. What did you use to seal them? No offense intended, but if the seals were done properly they should have helped a great deal. I dont know if you rushed through it or not, but if you did double check to make sure you didn't miss any places. Again, don't take that to offense because i know sometimes you forget to do things properly when you just want it done.

If anything will improve and help with the fogging a heck of a lot. Heavy down poors, if your caught in the rain it can still occasionally fog up but other than that you should be fog-free. Thanks for the good word.

i have not sealed mine yet
becasue it will not solve the problem of the lens overlapping the fender, and subsequently trying to pull the lens straight off!!

but the fogging is only bad after I wash it at work (sold water)

Actually it does solve the problem 85-100%. If you check out how the headlights are designed, they are actually designed to a degree for the overlapping. Obviously caulking won't solve the overlapping, only way you will fix that is to sand the fenders down but if you ever wanted to go back to stock, you would have another fitment issue.

Overall its not the overlapping thats causing the leaks, its the fact the seal isn't well thought. At least, thats how i see it. Of course the overlapping doesn't help the cause, but at the same time the headlights are to a degree designed for such problem.

I sealed them with silicone, from Auto Zone, I heve sealed it twice, thinking I may have missed a spot and it still does it.

Hey are the Halo light fixtures bright? I got some Type-R Hyper white 60-70Wt to 120-130wt. I'm afraid of loosing brightness if I convert to Halo's. Also has anyone seen the package deal on Ebay, some chrome overplate with oval hole tail light covers with your purchase of Dual Halo's? I'll try and see if I can find the auction.

yeah ive seen the package...its seems like its an alright deal.(not too big on the chrome tails) but the halos aren't going to make them brighter. the halos are the rings around the projectors. the projects will make it brighter.

So do I use the same bulbs in the fixture as the upgraded ones on my xB now? Or are they different?
