The DC header arrived with no gaskets, can you reuse the stock ones, or do I need to go get some gaskets?

Can you post some side by side pictures with the stock manifold please?

from my experience, you usually reuse your stock one if it doens't come with one.

yeah our cars are pretty new so there is no need for a new header gasket.

Use your old one. You must use a gasket.

The factory gasket has a crush ring so I would install a new gasket ($20) just to be safe. Exhaust leaks suck. Re doing the job because you were cheap the first time sucks too.

where'd you buy yours from? dc usually gives you all the necessary items for install. that's kinda weird that you didn't get a gasket, mines coming in a couple days so i'll make sure i got one with mine. try calling dc or the company you bought it from and telling them you were missing the gasket. if they tell you it doesn't come with one then go out and get one, if it is supposed to, you just saved yourself the 20 bucks.

When you install the header could you measure the port dia. before bolting it up??? I really want to know what size it is and nobody can tell me.
Thanks,
Ken

how hard is it to install it, it feels weird to be working on the back of the motor, my eclipse had the headers on the front and they were easy access, except for the bolts under each of the ports, those were a pain. i'm hoping i don't gotta get all technical with angled wrenches and what not.

Some headers don't use gaskets at all, they're called "No-hassle headers". I don't know if DC sports are no hassle headers, but they could be...

I didnt measure it, but took some pics in a thread here.

it is very close to the same diameter, maybe a wee bit bigger.
