Thanks, pics were taken on Carter's Mountain--- it's an apple/peach orchard right by my college, I had about 45mins to spare before class so I drove up there... it has amazing sunsets too!

 

great pics! first and second are my fave. keep it up...u have a great eye and probably a great camera! lol.

 

Thanks, yeah the first few are better b/c I was actually taking time with them, the rest I was literally RUNNING around the car so I wouldn't get struck by lightenig LOL...
and the camera is a nikon coolpix...actually a really cheap camera. I've been taking photography for about 6yrs, I'm just getting into the digital stuff, I'm saving for a canon 300D right now...I can't wait to see the difference between the quality of the pics!

Yeah the ride is great really smooth still...im still on stock shocks for the time being

 

It is surprising what you can accomplish with a cheaper camera. I have had people pm me asking what camera I used to take the pics I posted here (dont want to hijack your thread wtih my own pics.. so I just added the link):

They were all very suprised to find out it was a 2 1/2 year old 2 mega pixel digital elph Cannon makes the best general use cameras in my opinion. That camera takes amazing photos. I have plenty hanging around my desk at work that people compliment and ask what kind of camera it was. As long as you keep them at 5x7 or less they look perfect! Plus, it is the photographer that makes the pictures, so good work!

nice pics! yeah I have 2 canon SLR cameras, but they are both old school FULLY manual so I don't ever get to post those- I bought this with intentions of just doing point and shoot fun stuff, but it has REALLY surprised me with the quality- the camera itself broke once, but Nikon fixed it right away- once I save enough to purchase a DSLR, it will DEF. be canon... I can't wait!!
