What mods should I do first to increase performance. Mind you I am on a budget aka im poor. Would appreciatte any help. Thanks.

 

cheapest mod=take out any interior piece not absolutely vital. cost=$0.

(have you considered getting a sports car instead?)

 

umm.. helpful things:

I have Injen SRI and custom exhaust. Combined they were less than 250 dollars. theyre helpful and pleasing to the ears. those are the basic power adders

You can spend your thousand dollars (intake, headers, exhaust) and get your 5hp. Once you're done with that, you're going to want to rock some forced induction.
