Since i couldn't find any thin in the first 5 pages im writing a small review of Sparks Toyota Scion (http://www.trdtoyota.com/). im not a local customer so i bought through their website... and it was one of the most professional buying experiencing ive had. unless its food, i strictly buy onlone, as you can typically find a better price on the net... well Ken at Sparks rocks.

my order arrieved a day ahead of when i expecited it. and the day after i ordered, i got a ship notification with tracking number.

Ken rocks and youll see him lurking here in the forums... I will, not would, WILL do business with sparks again.

I placed an online order for Shocks, Struts, Springs and erar Sway Bar, at like 5am. I got a confirmation Email at 7am saying they got my order and it will be shipping later that morning. Best price I found for a complete suspension as well!!

I bought my whole car down there. I live in Maryland, and researched around every dealer in the tri state area. I bought my car with just about every option I could at the time and I ended up saving 1k+ just by going to sparks and dealing with ken and my salesmen. An 8 hour drive to Myrtle beach is definetly worth it :rofl:

I arrived at the dealer come to find out that my car was not done since the body shop person had a family emergency. Not only did they give me a free rental to take back to Maryland, but my salesmen, hand delivered the car to my house a few days later in maryland and took the rental back.

I had quite a few questions about parts I wanted to order and Ken responded almost instantly. After having those questions addressed and ordering the parts, MORE confirmation and follow-up e-mails. 99% of the time instock items ship the same day as long as they are order before 4:45pm M-F. We usually have Injen stuff pretty well stocked. Up to you ususally takes about 2 day.

I have bought floor mats and obx pedals from them and both times I was surprised how fast they came to my home, best experience buying online so far.

I recently ordered factory fog lights from them for my xA because of the great price. I was happy that my order arrived quickly. The problem is one of the fog lights and the relay was not in the box :( I called them up and they were very nice and I'm supposed to send my incomplete kit back and they will ship a new one to me. I'm not sure why parts were missing in the first place? So I'm kinda mad now I have to wait longer to install fog lights on my xA but as long as everything else goes OK then I will be happy with buying from trdsparks.

man i placed a order for the hotchkis sway bar set on 8:50am and it was shipped at 9:00am already on its way fastest shipping every experienced.. I will be buying my springs in a month i hope the sales still on then :D

Just ordered my sway bars from TRDsparks.com and I had a mixup with the shipping address. Sent over an e-mail and within minutes I was contacted regarding the issue and was told that it was fixed. Hopefully everything continues along this path. So far so good :clap: .

well, I finally got my replacement order today. They sent me the exact same one I sent back, only this time with the parts in the box all scratched up, which were not when I got them the first time. I wont be buying from them again.

If your the gentleman that had the ripped shift boot I was the one that spoke to your mother. I don't know what she told you but in no way did I speak to her rudely. Our manager looked at the shift boot and you can clearly tell that it was not a defect in the part so that is why they could not replace it under warranty, which is what Ken told you. I tried to explain that to her and she got very upset. Please understand that we do everything we can to help but somethings are out of our control. I was more than willing to help her get the part at my cost but it never got that far as she ran out before we could even come to a resolution. My offer still stands though, its just your not going to be able to get it for free. Sorry.

There was no defect, I'm not some knife wielding lunatic as you suggested, but in the best efforts of a drama free thread, I will end this debate. Besides, this is a thread to share your experiences, not to start drama. And I had a really bad experience... It's up to longo now, and so far they've been great.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience, if I would have been allowed to get it replaced I would have. But it was out of my control, I was hoping that would have been understood.
