im going to try kyb agx adjustable struts and not to sure on the springs yet....anyone out there know of good springs for a 2k civic si for track....im looking into either tein or suspension techniques for springs....but looking into other options....

if you are going for a track setup go for true adjustable coil-overs. if are set on springs and struts then look into tokico and go with the tein. st's are not bad, but tein is a nice spring.

try asking a civic form first of all, theres lots of them.

secondly, if you are going to stick with KYB adjustable struts, then get some ground control coilovers. I know many of their honda applications are only like $250 and get you adjustable ride height, and they use eibach linear rate race springs.

most other aftermarket springs are a compromise progressive design.

tein can make any spring rate you want

so can most of the coilover companies

if u get shocks.. KONI YELLOWS hands down.
they cost over 5 bills...
teins start at 6-7 for a cheap price and about 8-9 retail.

spending anther 2-3 bills can get u teins, which will be better in track and u have dampening, and hieght adjustments.

but keep in mind koni yellows have like 3 perches u can rest the spring cup on so u do have a lil play in height.

my konis have only 1 perch.
and on the rear, the springs don't perch on the shocks.

i'd have to agree...tokico do have some nice struts...with tein would be a great set up...thats what i had on my civic...

tokico blue, alumina's and kyb agx and all that is good stuff for street.

KONI YELLOW is the best aftermarket shock on the market for track.

not the springs, but the shock itself has perches where u are able to rest the spring cup(the part the spring rests in on the shock).
