Default put on my headers today !!!

finally got my megan headers so i attempt to put them on my self and succeed. it really sucked because i was running around all day getting tools and nuts and bolts. i love the fact that the megan headers are not threaded so i had to go to lowes twice to get the right bolts and nuts, i'm just waiting for them to fall off . the most trouble i had was getting the nut off near the power steering resevoir and the two on the bottom make you want to get some dynamite. finally i got them off though it took mad long.it doesnt help that i only had a little over 1 foot to squeeze my self under the car and it was about 98 degrees laying hlf way on the cement. then on the way to lowes the second timei have my sisters new mazda 6 and i crash it into some lady that cut me off, what a day luckily it only took off a little paint, no dents, and the lady didnt care about her car so she let me go. now i have to paint my sisters front bumper just because i had to get some fifty cent bolts. thank megan fo rnot treading the header part that connects to the b pipe. i didnt even get to drive the car to test it out yet. bad day.

sounds like a rough day man... sorry to hear that. but tomorrow will be better! you will turn your car on with new mods to feel! its like christmas!

glad to hear the crash wasnt severe (at least it sounds pretty manageable)... good luck, and let us know how the headers are! im debating ordering my megan headers sometime very soon!

so far so good, at least i didnt have to pay any one to put it on for me. i try to do all the work my self, all you need is time. i dont really feel a difference with the headers until about 3500 rpm and up it pulls alot harder. megan headers are great for the price, and look great, they turned kind of goldish when the got hot.
