They are going on the fact that the increase flow of air add a turbo like charge it total Bull s##T. if you want a real turbo its going to cost you try Turbokits.com .and don"t waste you money on those cheap A$$ speedchips total Scamm and does more harm than Good .

I'm currently working on a "super-turbo charger". I'm reusing Folger's coffee cans and have placed balsa wood in there to give it a venturi effect (like the tornado thing you see on TV). Anyway, I can pretty much gurantee an extra 30 hp on almost all applications (riding lawnmowers are guaranteed to get an extra 40 hp). I'm gonna be rich.
