Not sure if I'm going to do it or not, but I've been kicking around the idea of painting some interior pieces to match the center of the tC's dash.
My main concern is getting a color that will match, or very closely match. I tried searching, and didn't find a complete answer. The only thing I found was a reference to "fusion" paint (assuming they meant the line of paint called that, made by Krylon?)

i painted my center strip and the peice that covers the gauges.. i didnt bother to paint it the same color of the car but i did a quick spray paint.. it looks stock , no one can tell that hasnt been in a tc before.. i used gunmetal for the outside strips and around the shifter, and black on the inside as well as the gauge peice

That does look really good! Unfortunately, it doesn't answer my question
I may just try out some silver paints on some pieces of test material and see what I can find out. Paint is cheap.

I also need some interior paint (that matches stock). My center consol was nicked by something and strached off a small piece of silver. Anyone know where I can get some interior touch up paint? PM ME PLEASE!
Krylon Fusion - Nickel Shimmer (233
is an almost perfect match for the silver trim in my 2006 xA (don't know if it will match in the xB or tC).
I got a nick in the paint (and plastic, ugh) of the long silver trim piece on the right hand side of the center dash console. My metal work clipboard sailed into it when I was braking hard to avoid a road hazard. (I plan to get a plastic clipboard ASAP.)
I removed the trim piece and sanded it smooth with 300 grit sandpaper.
After washing it, I painted it with Krylon Fusion in Nickel Shimmer, let it dry for a few hours, and reinstalled it.
I can tell the difference if I look at it closely, but nobody else seems to notice.
I have pointed it out to a few people who had been in the car before and they said they wouldn't have known that it had been repainted until I told them.
As always, your mileage may vary.
