What's the best stuff to use on the dash and door?

i wipe it off wit a damp rag..then i use lexol brand vinyl-X..adds a shine to the interior and helps protect the interior

Damp microfiber and NOTHING else.

But that's just me, I don't like drenching plastic in silicon and
formaldehyde.

I have been using a mixture of a SMALL amount of Murphys Oil Soap in water in a spray bottle. I spray a microfiber towel and wipe everything down, dash, seats, etc. It has proven to keep the dash in particular as good as new.
