well then...what about a tinted film? Anyone do that? (Something better than the Wal-Mart crap, Gilla, I thinks it's called?) How much for a pair of headlight tint film?

Can I get a blue kit for the taillights also? I see you do smoked for the tails, but I want blue like the original post. I would order both heads and tails if you can do that. Let me know...

If you really want blue tails you can do that too. Just have to call an request it when ordering. Never had anyone ask for that, but there is always a first.

Blue looks good on any color than red vehicles in IMHO. I have done a lot of locals with BOP and other color cars and they all love it.

Closest color i have for BOP right is this

Awsome! Will do! One last question: will these overlays fit the Helix Dual Halo headlights? I ask, cause I'm not sure what the overlays do to 'fit' over the turn signal on the stock lights and the Helix headlights are completely flat. I wanna order tonite...

Dual Halo's we need to alter a bit. Better call that one in to make sure it isnt forgetten about.

I like the yellow tint for the RS2, but what do you think the blue would look like on an RS2?

And what do these cost - I'm very interested in front and back in yellow or blue.

Thanks!

You can still see at night, but why dont you speak with Catalina Motorsports on here since he has a box and had the yellow on there before he changed his theme.

What colors is it avail. in? I was thinking something to match/coordinate my camo but recently got the urge to put some hot lava on the box (ever since I got the scionlife decal in hot lava I love the color combination). I think hot lava tails would be cool, and maybe instead of clearing out the front turn signals I would make them solid orange...

That poopie is hot. I've never seen it on a red car, but the blue looks great on every car I've seen in on, even camo! (sorry, no pics yet and my wife has the box right now).

You see the colors above that are available

Blue, Smoked, Yellow or Clear.

Remember this is also light protection as well as colored film to prevetn pitting and breakage of the lights.

Thats pretty cool looking except for the fact that I would get pulled over all of the time. I would still rather have the projector beam headlights.

I dont see how that is possible. Never been pulled over for it. Even gotten tickets for speeding, but not for the lights. To each your own, right?

How do you put that on?

It looks hot! I dont think its a problem here in Vegas....see LOTS of different cars with their heads and tails done up. :)

Is it easy to use??

Thanks!!

You use your hands and squeegee it on. Stays on with adhesive. Takes like five minutes for a box.

So its like a see thru decal??

Like an overlay? So it goes on the outside??

Thanks!

Hey I forgot where I asked you....so how far are you from Vegas? Driving would take us how long??

RockBlocker
08-27-2005, 02:47 PM
It is a light protection film that sticks to the outside of the lense and stays there. It is made to prevent rocks, dirt and/or debirs from breaking or pitting of your headlight lense.

An overlay usually is just something to color or lay over the light and doesnt offer you any protection. Bling mod basically.

I am 4 an 1/2 hours away from you.
