Default Installing Roof Rails

Hi Scion Cult Members,

I'm waiting for my silver 2006 XB to be delivered this week here in Monterey, CA. I'm very excited. I already ordered the roof rails mentioned in this forum (link below).

I was wondering if I could install the roof rails myself or if I should take it to the dealer. I don't have any decent tools and don't know if I feel comfortable drilling in my new XB's roof. How much could the dealer charge for attaching the roof rails? The one good thing is that the Toyota dealer will guarantee (warranty) their work, and the truth is that I can't guarantee my own work.

Any suggestions will help.

Jake
