Default Scion dealer accessories question...

Well, I know that the scion is pure priced, and after a trip to the dealer, apparently so are the accessories....so I have a stupid question but:
Is there anywhere on the web selling the dealer accessories for cheaper? Basically, would it make more sense to order a base xb, and then get the accessories for cheaper over the web (like the floormats for instance), or is dealer pricing as good as it gets?

thanks in advance.

Yeah....don't waste the money on the dealer stuff. It's overpriced, AND they keep the stuff they take out.

That's not necessarily true. Many dealers will give you the replaced parts if you want them. And many people have the parts installed knowing that they can get them cheaper, because they want the warranty intact. But, that's the great thing about Scion. You have the choice!

I paid $700 shipped for (4) 17x8 wheels & 215/45/17 tires.

My dealer wanted that much for 15" alloys. How much do you think he would have charged for 17"?

He also would have kept the steelies. Ours are in the basement, just waiting for the first snowflake to find themselves back on the car.

And my warranty is still intact.

I still don't see the advantage to getting them at the dealer...unless I needed to roll them into the financing...but you're right...I do have the choice whether spend my money wisely or foolishly...I choose the former.

I wasn't talking performance parts, just stuff like the $120 floormats, or the rear roof spoiler. If I do pick up the car, i'll most likely be going aftermarket for suspension/performance anyway.

btw, thanks for the links guys, looks like if I do decide on the xb, it will be bone stock. There are definitely some deals to be had on these sites.

I've had good luck witha couple of companies I found on Ebay believe it or not. They are both selling genuine new Scion parts at a large discount. And, they charge decent shipping rates too!! Try these two links:
