What's the weight limit of the xB's roof? I can't seem to find the answer on this site, nor in any official Scion literature. I'm considering installing Yakima roof rails and a LoadWarrior to increase the "cargo capacity" of the xB, should we decide to buy one. With 2 young kids and their assorted strollers, diaper bags, and miscellaneous crap, we'll need more space than the area behind the back seats can provide.

With the rack, mounting in 4 places, I would guess around 50-100LBs or so. I would not take my word for it though. Im just taking a guess. The shape of the xB would make for a somewhat strong roof I would think. There are a few members who have them & will probably post.

 

I believe the Yakima rails I'm looking at are rated at 175 lbs., and I doubt the xB's roof would be rated for any more than that anyway.
