I am trying to find out what the majority of the Tc drivers are running? What does everyone prefer? I am currently thinking of going with the Injen RD CAI, but not for certain which header and exhaust to run? Or if I should even run a header. I am looking for the most in power gains, so any help, opinions, and ideas are greatly appreciated.. Thanks guys..

they locked you up because you shoud be doing a search but ill answer your questions.

intake goes = injen. a lot of guys i know (personally) lik the injen better and i've seen 1-2hp more than the K&N. (you decide the worth)

header? i have teh AW header. i say is by fair the best.power gain throughout the whol power band. my results came out to 12hp 10tq.

some guys lik the DC because of its brand name. i believe it pushes around 7-9hp. (no certain)

or you can go with the newer brands lik monster and weapon R or megan's new design? i dunno anything about those.

exhaust... for sound, get an axle back, if you want performance? get a full exhaust system.

megan, draxas, ZPI, CC(creative compact). and dont you forget the S-pipe (pipe between header and mid-pipe of exhaust system), you can free up a lot of power through there.

 

I have done a search like a bazillion times for the answers I am looking for but the search option is such a vague thing it gives you a variety of search listings and they dont really help so I figured I would make a thjread asking my specific question directly. Thank you for answering them..

I prefer the Injen because I had it on my '02 Celica GT and loved the sound and the gains I received from it thats why...

 

I would go injen CAI, AW Headers, Stainless Steel s-pipe.... full cat back system.

Follow your budget. Remember, if you live in an area with strict police you might not want the loudest exhaust. I have the TRD exhaust, and I am waiting to hear who has a decent S-pipe that sounds great with my megan (no precat) headers.

 

do you have a cel with that new design?

I just ordered my injen intake and i think im gettin' the MMW's header/s-pipe combo, but we will see, and i have a custom axle back that i like better than all the other ones out there

 

i have the AW header already..im planning to go injen CAI and zpi's s pipe for the AW header..dont know bout exhaust. i want trd but lotta ppl says it sounds disgusting with the AW header. does anybody know if getting the s pipe but leave the rest stock exhaust will be more worth it?

 

go DC sports headers and cheaper and brand name. 1-2 hp difference can be deided with the driver. Weapon r has the best wai and produced the same hp and KN and injen...

 

As far as Intakes goes... go with Injen... i have one and i haven't regreted it since purchasing it..

 

Might have a little trouble getting your order but for the product itself I say go with Umnitza on the intake. I am loving mine to death! Plus its way cheaper than the others out there (same as Weapon R) and its supposed to go up in price pretty soon.
