Default $110.00 Hr for a "warranty" fix?

I just went to yet another dealer about my "wobbly" loose foglights and they are telling me that they are going to charge me $110.00 an hour shop labor rate to look at and or fix them. I am ____ed about this as this should be a warranty item. What can I do to get them to fix this under warranty? These were originally installed by a dealer in MA. Please help!

The warrenty covers lights I think, so that should be part of it. Have you tried to adjust the screws on the fogs? Are they stock fogs or aftermarket?

stock fogs...dealer installed. As far as I know, they are non adjustable. The service guy told me that they would warranty if it were improperly installed but he said they looked like they were installed right. How could he tell unless he takes them out? LOL. Anyway, I am going back today and was wondering if there is someone to call to raise hell?

My dealer fixed mine for free, under warranty. Actually, they tried three times, fixing it on the third.

I'd call 1-(866)-70-SCION, the Scion Help Center, they'll take care of you.

See, thats what I thought. I don't know why the dealer told me it would not be covered under warranty. They are just a "snap" fit but mine are moving and it is driving me nuts. I paid 350 for them and can't really use them. I'll call and see what Scion says. Thanks for posting the number!
