is anyone else not really thrilled with the hot lava color? i wish it was brighter, more orange. just looks too dark for me when i see pix of it. especially if it's not sunny.

I am buying my second one. Maybe a little brighter would have worked, but hard to draw a line on orange. Have you seen the orange mustangs? yecchh :shock: AND compared to all the bronzy orange cars coming out, it is the best. Maybe in a few years when it is all chipped up, a little gold pearl in a new clearcoat to freshen it up?? I would like to see on with flip-flop paint!! :P

Remember teal? we're not on the front end of another teal wave are we? I remember I liked that color, then the ford dealer got like 3 trucks of escorts in teal. There was like 20 of them on the lot. arugh.. no longer liked THAT color.. now I'm seeing this orange everywhere.. a little trendy.

yeah, i guess i need to see it in person...does seem though i'm seeing a lot of vehicles that are rockin' the orange lately. i think it's the new yellow.

toyota really nails colors good. there reds look bright, the yellow is a true yellow and the orange will be best you can get as a manufactured color.

just watch how many cars use the stock color code to paint their car.

Honestly, it does nothing for me. I would have liked a brighter blue, or a dark grey, but Lava does nothing for me. I'd take a purple xB before the orange, putting it at the bottom of the list of my favorite colors.

trust us, EVERYTHING about the xB is much better in person. I'm not totally thrilled about the color in the pictures, btu I know I could only be sure when I see it in person.

But, what I really want to see is the racing red and racing blue they have in Japan.
