Default need help

to anyone who can help.....ok like i have this problem....i found an aem cold air intake system, but im not sure if i should get it cuz the part number doesnt match to the one that all the toyota/scion dealerships are selling....now if i buy it and install it would that void my warranty? can anyone help?

If the part is made for your car, not moused to fit, and you install it correctly, you do not void the warranty. The Dealer must prove that the part or the install created a problem, not just say that you don't have a warranty. If you're trying to save money and are buying an AEM that is picturing the bypass valve, read the fine print to make sure it really comes with the unit. Some picture it, but don't include it. That's how they got such a "great" price. Hope that helps.
