Dealers in Gulf States have them, you can get them off ebay.
But I had heard the first version was awful, which is why it wasn't released and that the AEm deal was cancelled during phase two so that's been sidelined.

this was the one I saw I even emailed and asked for clarification, and they said that gulf state dealers have them.
