Does anybody else's DC Strut Bar Flex when you put your weight on it? Mine seems to flex a little. I'm just wondering if anyone else tried this and notice it flex.

i did when i first put it on.. yanked put my weight on it, all that stuff... stiff as hell, but then again, i don't weigh much. they feel really firm, weird that yours flexed.

I'm going to check to make sure the bolts are tight when I get home. When I first put it on it seemed stiff, but when I started driving with it and speeding through turns it seems like it lost its stiffness.

you were supposed to recheck after 100 miles or so i think... usually you recheck everything after you get some miles on it and retighten if need be.

finnaly got my strut bar from ebay yesterday( $40 including s&h). like every other strut bar, its a pain in the a$$ to put in. it actually does look pretty nice. its the same one that scion fx is selling for about $100. its good if ur low on scrilla like me ,and actually it works. i felt the difference instantly. it also doesnt flex too much and its adjustable. my turns went from 20 mph to about 30-35mph without being scared to flip the car.

Dude, it might flex a little. The thing is, it isnt supposed to force in the middle of the brace in a up and down manner. The way it is designed it transfers force to the opposite end of the strut brace. So when you push down on it, you are stressing it in ways it wasnt designed. Its not bad, but i would also make sure its tight to the strut towers.
