Default Grounding Wires

So I have sepnt a while researching grounding kits and voltage systems. I am at the point where I am pretty sure I want to get one but don't really know enough about electrical aspects of tunig. What I am looking at so far

which one would be most worthwhile and can I combine the voltage systems with the straight up grounding wires. Thanks
