I have done a search and have decided to bring this back up because the Xb is still new to the market and still new exhaustand intakes are flooding the market.

I want and exhaust that is very affordable (less than $300) that is loud and deep that improves performance. I know I might be asking for alot... sorry.

I am not one of those really picky people that wants their exhaust to hold a particular note consistently. I used to have a a 96 nissan hardbody 4-cyl, 5-spd... that had a glasspack. I have thought of picking up one of those inexpensive ebay mufflers and heading down to mienike. Should I increase the exhaust diameter in that case?

Air intake wise I was looking to go with the K&N intake system... I have heard the AEM takes up alot of space, and is just too pricey compared to others.

I have a RS1, 5-spd....

As always thanks for the feedback.

That's simple bro...stylis's axleback system uses magnaflow muffler. http://precisionmuffler.com/id22.htm

Intake, check out Injen for best bang per gain or SPFR for best overall gain at a slightly higher prices

hey Joe, just talked to Jon, new price on the Gen 3 SPFR intakes will be $150 + shipping :) - i should have my hands on some hopefully by next week.

looks like the "bang for the buck" catagory just got a little more crowded :)

Good lookin out Brian. Can't wait to see Jon if he ever gets back.

Alright Radiodude, looks like your in luck. Go with the SPFR intake, you will be SO happy with it. Nothing beats that performance/price.

straight pipe at some muffler shop for $60 and run w/o the muffler at all.

its not that loud, weighs less than any other system, and flows better than any other system.

That pic of the 5Zigen looks like its for the xA  And I have installed a couple of 5Zigens already and ALL of them needed to be modified to fit properly  Make me wonder if it is worth it.
