and sorry for the bad resolution, i took those pics with a sony megashot or whatever (2.3 megapixel), I'm in the process of finding a new camera, and will take new pics when I get it ;-) and better photoshops...

take the wiper off and place the wiper in that position...its nonfuctional unless you reverse the wiper motion in the motor...
