O.K., now get to work. The first mod I would recomend is the addition of a cabin air filter.
There is a filter tray behind your glove box that is empty. Scion sells XB's with no filter in it. Go to autozone or advanced and buy one for $12 or get one from the dealer for $22.
Install it yourself after reading the do-it-yourself thread in the 'tech' section called 'make your own cabin air filter'. This will reduce the dust on your dash board.

 

My God this is the best post I have seen yet! I wondered how in the hell my dash keeps getting so dang dirty and filled with dust when I never ride with the windows down. I mean, I clean the dash and the next day its dirty. Im going to do this mod tonight! Thanks for the post.
