Throttlebody Spacer
maybe for a TBI engine (throttle body injection)
on a setup like ours you are merely extending the intake tract -- same as an intake (short ram or cold-air)
so it may or not make a diference
I tend to look at products for vehicles in terms of popularity and availability
this has neither, and might never be produced if it has no merit as per performance nad/or fuel efficiency

This will do nothing for you.
They worked in the past for throttle body injected and carberated vehicles because it gave the air/fuel mixture more time to mix. Your injectors are behind the throttle body. All this will do is make throttle response a little worse in this case.

i had phenolic spacers on my 95 mx6 outlaw enginering made them yes they increase the space of the intake by a small margine but the whole idea of them is the material used extracts heat very well the kits that they sell and that i had were the whole intake mani set and TB spacer and i tell you there is a difference in the heat dissipation with them the IM was greatly cooler BUT this is just my .02 and experience with them
im not sure about the "swirling" effect it reminds me of the tornado the thing that they dont mention is that all this swirling air gets disrupted once it gets to the throttle body
for one it bottlenecks and second the butterfly disrupts the pattern its created but i do agree that they do provide some gains and help overall on heat management with a engine

I had the outlaw engineering kit on my B16 civic. One thing worth noting is that the phenolic material aids in cooling intake air temps, which is worth something. I noticed a good gain on the dyno with my outlaw kit.
