Default Well it has finally happened....

2006 flint mica with 800 miles. i hoped i would be one of those that wouldnt have a problem with the car but that didnt happen. one of my tires for some reason is half flat. grrrr

LOL... that's not a problem with the car... I saw a brand new SL500 today... dealer tags and all... on the side of the road with a flat tire.

Anyway, my Toyota dealership fixed it for free. I asked how much it'd be to remove the screw and patch the tire and they said nothing. By the way, for those who don't like the tire pressure system... I love it. It's the only reason I caught the nail in my tire as early as I did without the pain of finding it completely flat.

if you have the potenzas they tend to do that, bad seals or something along those lines. I had mine checked about 8 times at numerous places and after determining there were no puncture wounds, the dealer replaced my tire. Don't wait too long to get that done though, after so many miles they won't do it.

but what i mean isnt the tire sensor supposed to let me know that i have a problem with the tire?

if u read the manual, it tells u exactly wut its function is.....
after dealing with toyota's for 3years, ive noticed that the system is sorta,kinda pointless...causes more problems than it fixes
