Its just a stronger pressure plate that uses the stock disk. I'd get it just to get rid of the weak feeling feather light stock pressure plate

depends on your planned mods. if you are going FI in the future, i'd go aftermarket. but if you're keeping it NA and just doing bolt-ons i'd get the TRD. but if you're going to do any clutch work at all, do it now so you don't get whacked $800 or whatever for labor later.

I would stick with stock, but I use my xA as a commuiter. But to go with that, I really can't see using anything but a stock clutch unles you plan to do some extreme upgrades to the engine. All you are really going to get from this change is a diffrent pedal feel. It is your car, and it is up to you, but that is my 2 cents.

Good luck with whatever you decide.

Thanks for the input guys. I think im gonna go ahead and order the trd clutch, just need to scrape together a coupla bucks lol. I would like better clutch feel, and I dont want to pay 800 bucks 10k miles from now for a new clutch. does anyone actually have it? how grabby is it, and is it easy to drive smooth?

I am very happy after 22K on my trd clutch, occasional abuse (i mean ABUSE), consistently hard driving, no signs of slipping,
if the Blitz ever comes off backorder i'll let u know how it handles f/i.

It grabs very well but you can still drive smoothly when you want to, its no extra trouble in stop'n'go traffic. If you can get a good deal on it get it

I got the TRD clutch soon after I got my xA, at about 500 miles, I now got 20K on it and it still feels great. It's my daily driver also, i'd reccomend it.
