I got the exhaust after waiting all day from UPS, but its design is the same as Injen's exhaust. all the welds are nice and clean too. will post later after i get some nut to mount it.

Yes it is, its the only way to fit that huge muffler under the passenger side of the car where the stock tip is located. Crooked = retarded.

the first time i saw a crooked exhaust was on the subaru wrx, and i immediately loved the aggressive look. everybody will like different styles, and the angled exhaust is a tasteful deviance from what 99% of the population has, something that comes straight out.

a slant does look good on some cars, the wrx is one of them.
the tC is not

You can look at the picture of the piping and tell it Dosen't have the JDM lean.
FYI....If you look at the curviture of the piping, you can easily tell that this exhaust will stick straight out. The angle/degree of turn coming off the very back of the muffler is greater than that of a JDM lean exhaust system. Straight out exhaust systems are not as free flowing as JDM lean exhaust systems. Compare the piping of that exhaust to that of the HKS...
JDM LEAN = straighter pipe

Straight exhaust = crooked pipe/less flowing

i would like you guys to just think how many high end sports cars (porsche, pagani, bmw, ferrari, etc.) have crooked ___ canister mufflers stock.
if you're going for that cheap jdm gangsta lean then by all means, get a crooked exhaust. but if you're trying to make your car look nice (in a classy sort of way), then get an exhaust that fits the car correctly.

your also comparing 35k+ german, italian cars vs. 16k japanese imports. It would make more sense to replace the (porsche, pagani, bmw, ferrari) with like (Supra, Skyline, Silvia). To which you can find those with angled exhaust anytime of the day, and also conisder them to be high end sports cars. Two different cultures, Two different design philosophies. Japan Import > Toyota > Scion = valid whether you want to have JDM lean or not, just your personal preference. I for one vote JDM lean (but I'm bias, because my exhaust has a JDM lean).
IYO the JDM lean might look cheap, but if traded out for a Supra, Skyline with a JDM lean exhaust, you wouldn't even flinch at the site of the exhaust, because you would be to excited over the car itself. Making the car look "classy" as you put it, is just a matter of opinion. Honestly, I feel my philosophy is more true to form than your comparison to ferrari, bmw, porsche, etc... But then again, it's just my opinion.

you also have to consider the tC is designed to look similar to non-japanese cars. take the BMW front end/head lights...
hell maybe its just me but the whole JDM thing has been played out and the crooked exhaust is what "altezza" tail lights were 2 years ago (rice).

give me a m5 over a supra anyday
blah blah blah. please the whole point of my post is to show an alternative than paying over 400$ for most exhaust.
i take no sides. case proven. to be or not to be JDM.

Yeah, that does hang low. What does it sound like though? Can you take vids now? Do you plan on lowering your ride, and with which suspension?

It doesnt look low to me, you do have to realize the car is fully raised but I will probly measure the groud clearance and since its sits center of the rear wheels i shouldnt have problems scraping.
No, i will not take a video now. Yes, i wil take whenever i have time.
I dont have plans on lowering.

I dont have plans on lowering.
You must not have plans on new wheels either? If you would upgrade your exhaust to seek more power, then why not upgrade the suspension for better handling?
