I would like to let everyone know of some stuff that has been occurring and some who the stand up companies are.

Brian at Racing Solution owes some people Scion Speed turbo kits. These where purchased from him and then he sent money in non disputable form to the manufacturer. Through numerous attempts and legal action he has still been unable to retrieve his money. This leaving his customers in a bad spot, chargeback hurts Brian and he has no recourse to do the same.

Brian has since purchased kits for these consumers from us to fill these orders. At first they may not seem like a big deal but he is losing approx 10k in this transaction even with the highly discounted prices we gave him. I believe this is a true display of his character and business practices. We are proud to have him reselling our products and encourage everyone to at least give a chance for him to earn your business.

I know this is in power hungry but seeing this is about turbo kits I feel that it is in the right place. Sorry to those involved if they did not want this made public but we feel that everyone always talks about there bad experiences that we should share some of the positive, especially in the age of internet sales when most would just say hey sorry about your luck.

I would personally like to thank him for this b/c i am one of the persons that he has offered this deal to send me a ZPI stage 1 to make up for never recieving SS turbo stage 1. I think that it shows how important customer service is to RS.

 

Brian is a stand up guy, I already knew this, I feel for him dishing out that kind of money to take care of everyone, dang fine way to run a business, proud of you buddy
