I disconnected my Neg terminal on my battery in my 05 tC to pull out my radio and look at the back, now guess what... my auto windows don't work. they still go down but not automatically. I'm assuming I need to reset the ECU? Any one else had this problem?

 

push down 10 secs on driver's side switch window, pull up the switch for 10 secs. do the same for the passenger's side, except using his side window button, not yours. Do it for the moonroof as well if its affected.

 

yea, the owners manual has the instuctions in it as well.

 

You expect someone (especially a guy) to read the owner's manual?

dude, u dont even need the manual for that... once u disconenct the battery, your window controls blink.... that pretty much tells you what to do....

 

I saw it blinking at 7am this morning, I'm stationed in alaska so when the suns out its out... and when its down, its hard to see the road... but cool I will do that.

And yes why would I read a manual? LOL
