I am a manager at Final Stage Auto, so of course I just ordered them for myself (unfortunately paying every penny as well). Should be sponsoring this boad within the next week, so you should see our banner ad flying soon.

westsype 03-31-2004, 09:35 PM Umm I those were my second choice but I got Volk GT-U. Hopefully springs will be installed today and rims will be tossed on.
JDMxB 03-31-2004, 09:36 PM That's a damn nice ride you have there...love the cleanliness of the car, as well as those wheels!!!
Finally...about time we got some more people into this sort of look.

Ya i hear you on that, i plan on keeping it clean looking, i've only had it for a week now, so hopefully i can get some more done to it in the near future. I'm thinking of stick the veilside lip kit on it, or the kenstyle, not to sure which one I will go with, but mainly im waiting to find out when the veilside will be released for the US bumper.
Skywalker 03-31-2004, 09:45 PM Very nice man! I'm gonna throw some gold WORK 18's on mine. The gold wheels look really good with the blue onyx paint.
JDMxB 03-31-2004, 09:45 PM Haha...I love it, Kenstyle will be coming soon to my box (hopefully).
You know, now that I think about it, it was about a week after I got my thundercloud xB that i put my gunmetal GT-Ns on. Crazy.
I seriously think that the gt-ns are the best looking Volk wheel...their newer designs are just downright dissapointing to me.
pczoneonline has my set of volks now...so I should have something new to show u guys soon...haha.
Alter_Ego 03-31-2004, 09:52 PM THose are my favorite wheels. I've been digging them forever and they look the best on a black car where they stand out.
VERY NICE!!
Munch 03-31-2004, 10:13 PM Very nice :D
DJ_X_Trodinaire 03-31-2004, 10:19 PM  volks $$$!!

Djuan 03-31-2004, 10:50 PM very clean, & good color combo...
unlmtdndeavor 03-31-2004, 10:57 PM lovin the contrast. blue + gold is awesome
JDMxB 03-31-2004, 11:00 PM Um...everyone keeps talking about blue, but all i see is a black xB.

Looks blue to me :? :?
allblackxb 03-31-2004, 11:02 PM It is black because on the blue ones where the sun hits the car it's really blue. But hey it is still a nice scion no matter what.
Munch 03-31-2004, 11:11 PM It is black because on the blue ones where the sun hits the car it's really blue. But hey it is still a nice scion no matter what.

Just kidding its dust...
TheScionicMan 03-31-2004, 11:35 PM Sweet 8) That's the look i want to go with on my Camo, I think green and gold will work well together.
xBSciontist 03-31-2004, 11:53 PM Sweet ride. Looks really nice. I may get those rims in the future for my Polar White xB.
JDMBLKbB 04-01-2004, 12:08 AM im lookin at gettin some gtp's for my shoebox to roll on. i thought i'd ball out and get a set of 18x9 blitz type 03's on my 3000gt vr4, but people don't give my blitz's the credit they deserve. this is the first board that i've been exposed to work wheels. it's either some works or the volks, im not down with the 1 piece cast heavy ___ wheels. i can pick up a 18x10 gtn with 2 fingers. lets try and keep our xb's light and clean!
tinybigrig 04-01-2004, 01:19 AM volks aresweet, im almost messed myself when i was in mackins wherehouse last week, i was like daaaaaaaaaaaaamn i want those and those and those, although i dont think my employer would like me rockin those too much
brent
SRD_xB 04-01-2004, 01:25 AM Like everyone else says, nice ride. Definately love them gold rims, yet the rims itself. I was thinking of also getting GT-N's in gunmetal (or silver if they have it) for my car, just wasnt too sure if the color would match well or not. Got thunder cloud.

I think gunmetal would look good on the thunder cloud. I'm thinking of getting the silver for my Polar White xB.
XBman 04-01-2004, 01:29 AM heh
FinalStageScion 04-01-2004, 01:31 AM thanks for all the compliments so far, glad everyone is liking the combination. Makes me want to finish the rest even faster.
as for the box ---- yes its black......:)
Personally i have also always liked the gt-n, as this is my second set, i had them on my below car that was featured back in july 2002 in super street, hopefully i can work my way back into the mags again someday :)

nice wheels!! how do you like those Tein S. Tech Springs? how big of a drop did you do?i was thinking about some of those springs.
rampagesd 04-01-2004, 07:12 AM Nice wheels man I almost got them too but I got gt-c's instead. Now that I think about it I think I stuck my gold volks on the first week I got it too. I did my first show w/ the xb 5 days after I got it. I wish I got a different offest but it was a pain already finding gt-c's in gold.

My buddy JDMxB's car...yea, i think it's safe to say gunmetal on silver looks good.

squirrel 04-01-2004, 08:24 AM nice car, nice stance, and REALLY NICE WHEELS!
squirrel 04-01-2004, 08:27 AM http://www.tl-factory.com/temp/jdmxb.jpg
Wow  those wheels look really nice on a TCM xB. They look like 17s, or are they 18s? Very nice JDMxB!
JDMxB 04-01-2004, 08:48 AM They are 18's Mr. Squirrel.
Hows the ride coming along?
Specifically the tein + hotchkis combo???
hahajoey 04-01-2004, 08:49 AM they're 18s.. most rims with a lip usually look 1" smaller than their real size..

They ride like stock, maybe just a tad bit stiffer. I believe the drop is a 1.7" front/1.5" rear.
FinalStageScion 04-01-2004, 02:40 PM Just picked up my foglights, should be installing them in a few hours. Will post some new pics as soon as i get that done
Ralphus 04-01-2004, 02:56 PM Do you have a stright profile view? I'd like to check the drop on 18's.
The xB is one of the few vehicles I'd rather see from the side over a three quarter view...

sweeet!
Ralphus 04-02-2004, 04:28 PM Looks really good man!
I'm trying to decide if 19's are worth the extra cost. I either can do 19's w/ no lowering or 18's and a drop you like you got.
Decisions, decisions.... :D
hahajoey 04-02-2004, 05:34 PM Volk Racing in japan offers GT-N's up to 20" in size!
imagine 19's on a xB!
im almost certain they will be only in 5 lug, so we just gotta get some wheel spacers/adapters that go from 4x100 to 5x100 or whatever

Actually they are only 17 & 18, no 19's or 20s in this wheel. The GT-C is brought in 17-20" now though, but nothing near what would fit on our boxes without major modifications.
hahajoey 04-04-2004, 04:11 AM my mistake.. i thought i saw gtn but i guess it was gtc...
hahah i can't wait to see some... i mean can't u get the same specs and size as the 19" axis everyone runs? nonetheless.. your gtns are pimp

It's literally a breeze, cant take more than 5-10 minutes for a full install
