Default Trouble with Injen Short Ram Intake install on 06 xB?

Armed with the FAQ located in Tech, I tried to install my Injen SRI on my box today and at step 6 I wasn't able to find the VSV.

Is something different with the 06 boxes or is it just me?

I also have a 2006 model and now I'm thinking about getting a TRD cold air intake installed.

Yeah, the FAQ install is different. Just take everything off, and the piece which is screwed onto a bracket, screw that on to the new bracket supplied.

He did. The picture in the first post where he is confused is from the YDR intake DIY. It's just that 2005's are different from 2006's.

it turns out that the difference with the 06s didn't matter at all and I installed the intake without any problems
