Last night when I was changing disk it froze and displayed a Error 4 message on the screen... can you guys tell me what that means? I cant access my CDs anymore nor can I eject of load anything... please advice and please tell me what I can do to fix it? thanks a lot

well, you got your self in a bit of a pickle here didn't you? the first thing you need to do is remain calm. Next, you need to figure out if the cd you had placed in there was a burned cd. the reason why i ask is because some cd's that are burned or just cd's in general have thick paper or plastic direct;ly on them. that doesnt allow for the cd changer to spin the cd around inside the unit. therefore making the cd become stuck. what you need to do is take it in to an audio shop or your nearest scion dealer so they can take apart the unit and retreive your cds. well good luck and let me know what the deal was.

Or..........you can do what I always do and shut the car off for about 5 seconds and start it back up. Works about 95% of the time.

My CD Player started doing this after I had my wreck. I took it to the dealership and they wouldnt do a warrenty repair on it. They said it will cost me like 500 bucks. So, I will just keep doing the "shut the car off for 5 seconds" trick.
