I just got my tC about 2 months ago and I've just added my first real mod and I love it it's a VIS CF hood and it only set me back $560 not bad for VIS visit SportCompactonly.com and ask for Bryan he'll set ya up(Tell him Rafael sent ya)...here's some picz of the hood...I also you already don't ask me I'll tell yatook out them ugly a$$ reflectors on the headlights if you want to know how if you don't already know....

 

damn thats lookin pretty good. nice job, i like how the hood, the sidemarker overlays, and tint are flowing together.

 

CF hoods look best on white or silver tCs. I'm planning on getting the Kaminari inverted scoop, looks nice though, i have 2nd thoughts now.

 

looks awesome. love how the headlights look w/o the amber reflector.

I still think I'd go with a Silver CF hood though.

 

Did you remove the reflectors or are they overlays?

 

is there anyway to take out the refelector without pulling the headlight apart? and im not talking about just an overlay

 

you need a better camera, can't see the weave pattern and it just look like a black hood. props to you still, i want CF hood on mine too

 

The reflector is located inside the projector lamp itself so I had to take it apart...taking it apart is not easy especially if you want to do it right...but the end result looks good I haven't seen another tC like that if anyone has let me know...I know my cam suckz but it's my handy cam so oh well do with what I have...use your imagination with the weaving

 

i painted over my reflectors, and put LEDs on it instead.

The VIS hood comes already pre-drilled with holes for the nozzles but they factory nozzles didn't fit so i had to fab bigger holes no biggie really....the little nozzles with l.e.d.'s fit but again not my style..
