ScionDad 10-08-2005, 01:36 AM Well, you need to give us some more clues. Is the gasket installed? bLaNc0 10-08-2005, 04:21 AM yea the gasket is installed.... ScionDad 10-08-2005, 01:15 PM yea the gasket is installed.... Not sure then without some pics. There are many people that have the ZPI S pipe installed with only a few that had any issues. I would do a search "zpi and pipe" to see any info. Did you try calling Kenny at ZPI? They are open on Saturday now. yellot00tr 10-09-2005, 01:12 AM i had all types of problems with the s-pipe as well. do u have an aftermarket header or exhaust? i ended up having to cut some of the piping in my CC catback and having it welded back together at a slight angle to get the thing to fit properly. i don't even really feel a difference-but, i also don't have a header installed. hahaitzskippy 10-09-2005, 06:43 AM everyone has had these problmes and everyone has fixed it themselves in one way or another i had teh same problmes the rear flange, i just used smaller bolts and nuts the front flange, i tighened in 1 side, then i stuck a smaller bolt nut washer through and tighened it. i checked it after 1000 miles. everything is fine if you dont trust yoru own install. just tak it to a muffler shop. im sure they will do it for 60 or 70 |
