Has anyone changed the amber lights in the left side of the steering wheel to match their color of the led gauge install? Just curious how it would look or if i should just keep em amber. I did search but too many random hits back i wasnt going to sift thru them all. Thanks for any input.

I haven't done it yet.. but I know the Light arround the key ring is a SMD LED.. I'm too scared to even do my gauge cluster yet..

Good, Luck now the next thing to find is how to use the factory aux input to out put rca's for my after market deck

 

Me and my friend are also going to attempt to change the LED color to a blue some time next week.

 

Will someone just post how to take the damn thing off... I tried it and couldn't pull the bezel piece off, and I didn't want to pull so hard and brake it, so I stopped

to get to the lights you need to take the steering wheel off.. I don't have the time or energy with midterms.. Sorry about that

 

you cant take the silver part that holds the remote buttons, from the back with the sterring wheel with it still on ?

 

they have a plastic piece that goes behind the horn/airbag.. So I've been hesitant..

 

So did anyone ever actually DO THIS trick?
