thats the pioneer demo car. the reason it is lifted is because the frame is filled with concrete for extra sound dampening. if it was using stock springs it will be slammed to the ground cause its so heavy.

it looks like a xb body on a different frame. xb's don't use frames with leaf springs. there is a pick of a different on somewhere, i'll try and find it later.

From what I can see in the pictures, I'd guess it's a suzuki samurai frame/drivetrain or maybe a chopped up Jeep one... sweet either way.

Wonder what the holes in the door are for?

They just modified it into a different car. A car slammed to the ground with 20s is ruined if you need to go over speed bumps. This is just a 4x4. It's nice to see an xB with *****.

i agree with 4est.
cars that have wagonwheels with super lowprofile tyres, stupid cambre, slammed .5 inch off the ground, etc. I would consider ruined. but im not gonna gripe, cause i like to look at variation.
more power to anyone that wants to "ruin" thier car.....its kool

It's a frame from a blazer I think, I could be wrong. All it is is a rolling chassis with the xB body on it. I don't even think it has a motor in it. They pull it to the show on a trailer and then roll it to where it goes. All it is is a rolling boom box (pun intended).
