Would this sound pretty good? Would you reccomend any other box other than building one? And also, If I were to get a MRD-M605, does the stock HU have a wire to help the amp determine when it should be on? Or how would this work?

honestly from expeirence im telling you straight out. Dont get a pre-fab box. I spent 70 bills for 2 12"s ported but wasnt made for my subs and it sounded horrible. My advice for you is to go to a local audio place and get a sub made for your specific sub. Im telling you dont do it !
