stock head unit speed volume control

stock head unit speed volume control

does anyone know how to turn off the speed volume control on the tc stock headunit. or wich wire you need to cut to get rid of it.

If you have an 06, just push the volume **** down (as in push it into the head unit), and it'll switch to an ASL option. Twist the **** until it goes to "off."

the speed volume is when the head unit does an auto adjust of the volume depending on the speed the car is going. its pretty lame if you ask me.

not when you're doing 75 with all the windows open.
